Making an Order

Once you have placed an order with www.dresscode.ie you will receive an email confirming your order. Your order will be processed within 24 hours but may take up 2- 5 working days to receive order. We will send you an update status of your order. Your order will have a unique order number and specific details and quantities of items ordered inclusive of a shipping tracking number. Shipping

Ireland & Northern Ireland Domestic shipping

For customers requiring postage within Ireland and Northern Ireland, parcels will be sent via Fastway Courier Services. Delivery requires estimated approximate delivery up to 3-5 working days at a cost of €6 per package. You can track the status of your parcel by entering the Fastway tracking number provided intohttp://www.fastway.ie/courier-services/track-your-parcel.html. All deliveries are recorded. Shipping quote provided during check out stage of online transaction.

United Kingdom shipping

For customers requiring postage within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) parcels will be sent via Fastway Courier Services. Delivery requires an estimated approximate delivery of 3 – 5 working days at a cost of €15 per package. You can track the status of your parcel by entering the Fastway tracking number provided into http://www.fastway.ie/courier-services/track-your-parcel.html. All deliveries are recorded. Shipping quote provided during check out stage of online transaction.

Returns

Return Cost

All customers are responsible for shipping returned goods. We would advise tracking for goods.

14 Days to Return

Contact our Customer Service info@dresscode to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item(s). Please state your order number and reason for return. You then have a further 7 days to ship the product back for an exchange or refund. (14 days return policy)

General Return Policies for Online Exclusive Dresses

  1. Please note that we only accept products in their original condition and please enclose the dress bag. We cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service at info@dresscode.ie Our Product return form must be included with your package. All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we get the returned package and confirm the product has been approved through inspections.

  2. Mis-shipped products: Once we have confirmed your mis-shipped items (item shipped different from item ordered), we will be responsible for the item exchange and postage. You may also return the product and get a full refund including postage.

  3. Our Garments have been produced with a high degree of care and attention. Please take care as jewellery may snag the fabric. The fabrics can stain easily. Dresscode will not accept responsibility for any returned garments with pulled yarns or stains, this does not affect your statutory rights

Please Note: We reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in an unacceptable condition.
